The WPD and the Norwood Neighborhood Association will join together on April 11th at 7pm to host the US Attorneys presentation of Chasing the Dragon, a town hall discussion about heroin and opioid addiction, treatment and prevention. The forum is in conjunction with a short documentary about the lives of several addicted persons.

The event is open to the public, free and the Crowne has donated the Bristol room to hold it. The event kicks off at 7 PM but will open at 6 PM where numerous prevention and treatment organizations will have information booths to include a narcan training booth.

A must attend if you even think a family member or friend is held by the grip of heroin, fentanyl or even prescribed opiates.
